We will accept a return of an unused product within 2 days from the date of delivery of the products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 360 degree unboxing parcel video required in case of any damage or wrong and missing item. Issue must be clear in video without any pause or cut.

In case of exchange or return, both side shipping will be bear by customer no excuse on that. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return. Refund shall be processed as per the applicable guidelines / notification / law passes by RBI from time to and it may take 7-14 days additional business days to reflect the same in your account post processing the cancellation request if order is cancelled before the shipment or after products are received back and verified at our warehouse if product is returned.
